Rental property in Avalon, Austalia

Marika and Matt had the same idea about how they wanted to live. And they wanted a house in a beach house style to fit the location on a lot five minutes from the Pacific. They had to buy new furniture for the rental property and the landlord did not allow coloured walls, so they set colour accents with art. Although it does not belong to them, it is an almost perfect home.
